Our Story Begins Here
Our Story
Our story isn’t a typical “we wanted to start a business” story.
In fact, it’s the opposite.
This daycare began in our family over 15 years ago, long before it was ours. We grew up watching what it really looks like to love children well — with patience, with consistency, and with a genuine desire to make families feel supported. Over time, we fell in love with that mission too.
But as parents ourselves, we also saw the other side of childcare. We noticed how many centers were run with a -business first- mindset focused on profit, policies, and enrollment numbers more than the actual kids and families walking through the door. That never sat right with us.
So when the opportunity came to continue our family’s legacy, we knew exactly what we wanted to build:
A daycare that feels like family — not a factory. A place we would trust with our own children. A place centered on real care, not profit.
One thing parents always notice when they visit is our open layout. You can see every classroom the moment you walk in. No hidden corners. No closed doors. Nothing tucked away. At first glance it can feel lively (and yes, sometimes loud!) — but to us, it’s one of our strengths.
Our teachers see each other. Our kids see each other.
Everyone is visible, supported, and connected.
That openness creates a kind of transparency and togetherness you don’t find in most centers. It means teachers help one another. It means safety isn’t behind a closed door. It means children feel like part of one big community, not isolated groups.
Inside these walls, our staff truly feels like family. They hang out after work, bring food for each other, celebrate birthdays, show up for each other’s kids, and create a warm, consistent atmosphere every single day. It’s not forced — it’s just who we are.
This place is personal to us.
It’s where our own children play, learn, and grow.
It’s where we pour our hearts every day.
It’s where your child will be known, seen, and genuinely loved.
Our story is simple:
We’re a family who believes in caring for children the right way — with honesty, with transparency, and with Christ-like love.
And we’re honored to welcome your family into ours.
Our Mission
Our mission is to care for children in a way that reflects Christ-like love — creating a home away from home where every child feels genuinely cared for, safe to explore, and confident to grow. We partner with families to support their child’s development and help them feel valued and capable..

Seriously! But don’t take our word for it, here are some things people have to say about us.

Mt. Juliet Children's Academy is the sweetest little hidden gem in town. They have felt like family since the day we toured. I truly feel like everyone KNOWS my daughter, and the way she reaches for them every morning gives me so much comfort that she is in great hands. I feel so blessed that my daughter gets to experience this loving, warm, Christian environment.
